Q: Should I provide transportation for all guests to and from the church/hotel?

A: It's not necessary if all the guests are local but if you have a large out-of-town contingent, consider renting vans or even a coach, depending on the numbers. If the wedding is abroad then yes. You don't want your aunts and uncles getting lost in the foreign countryside on the way!

If you hire transportation, put down the smallest deposit possible to cut your losses in case the service leaves something to be desired and check the contract to see if tip is the price you’re quoted includes gratuity.
